The thermal collector of heat pipe type solar water heater is the most efficient system. Its efficiency is thousand times of other type of collecting panels. Its heat can be transmitted from the vacuum tube to the manifold in just a few seconds. YOUR HOME TECH., LTD heat pipe is the evacuated type of tube which does not have any water kept inside the tube to make there is not the lime stone to be created inside the tube. The sunlight is passing through an outer glass tube to heat the absorber tube contained within the outer glass tube. In the evacuated chamber, there are three selective targets of sputtered coatings installed to cover the inner tubes. Three targets sputtering plate is installed with the selective coatings and the vacuum insulation are the most important parts of an advanced thermal system. One of these three selective coatings has the high absorption along with the low reflection also it has the low emissivity from absorbing the solar radiation.

Thermal collectors are separated into two major types:

(1) Passive thermal system:

Its thermal collector is combined with the storage tank. The heat pipe generates the Hot water directly. The passive solar water heater system does not need any other extra electrical device.
Application: Flat roof and garden.

(2) Active thermal system:

The active solar water heater is equipped with the electric pumps and work station to circulate the water or other heat-transfer fluids such as the anti-freeze article to pass through the manifold. Usually it is easier to retrofit it than the passive thermal system. The active solar water heater system is installed on the roof of building and set its storage tank in the garage or basement, etc. It does not need to be installed above or close to the thermal collectors.

Application: Residential, condo, resort, apartment, hotel, motel, tour van, industries, etc.
